  I recently worked at a client's home, and the project included carpet cleaning following minor water damage. Since my regular carpet professional was out of town, I contacted a highly-rated company from Google. The initial communication and estimate were reasonable, but when the technician arrived two days later, they provided a new quote that was double the original amount. Unfortunately, I was under a time constraint to finish the project before the client returned, so I agreed to the price. Aside from this issue, the service provided was exceptional.

  Brian was here. First I love that you send a picture of him so I know it was him at the door. Props for that! Back to Brian. He certainly knows what he’s doing. Knew where the problem was right away. It was a giant clog in the vent. There was so much in there it looked like he shaved a llama!!
So neat. So respectful. So nice. The trifecta with him. One other note, I called this morning at about 9am. He was here before 11:00 and was out within the hour.
