Rick did a great job. He explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent. Was Pleased with the outcome of his work. My feedback would be when scheduling an appointment that the person over the phone does make the client aware of the 3% charge when utilizing a credit card.

Jonnathan arrived right on time, he had all the necessary equipment, and he possesses a great attitude. He is clearly knowledgeable in the trade and provided me with thorough information about the entire process. During his visit he cleaned my couch that a pet urinated on, as well as an heirloom 30+ year old handmade kitchen rug. Both items were cleaned perfectly with no damage. I am extremely happy with the results.

David R. Arrived on time had a pleasant attitude and was very easy to talk to. He explained the type of carpets we had and how they were going to be cleaned. Our conversation during the time made me feel I was working with a good company. When I explained to David we were moving he explained how he would wrap the carpets to prepare them for the move. David thank you for the nice conversations and the trust you gave me that I was working with a trusted Company. Pricing was in the ballpark for an Oriental rug an 2 other large area rugs.

Noe came in and professionally made an assessment on my projects. He also explained the whole process and the cost. He was very personable and trusting, did a great job on my furniture, using environmentally friendly products. I am very pleased with the job that was done and the cost, although a little higher than I expected, was still a good value for the results.

David gave an awesome first impression of the company. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient. Having never used a carpet cleaning service before, I feel completely at ease and look forward to working with Green Clean.

I recently worked at a client's home, and the project included carpet cleaning following minor water damage. Since my regular carpet professional was out of town, I contacted a highly-rated company from Google. The initial communication and estimate were reasonable, but when the technician arrived two days later, they provided a new quote that was double the original amount. Unfortunately, I was under a time constraint to finish the project before the client returned, so I agreed to the price. Aside from this issue, the service provided was exceptional.

David was great. Explained each step, moved anything needing moved, was quick and through, all with a smile. We will request him next time we have carpet or tile cleaned.
